Incident Data Description
The Neighborhood Standards Incident Data is derived by auditing 100 randomly chosen residences per City Council District. This number of properties signifies a statistically significant sampling size to infer that the data is representative of the total district population. The violations audited are those present exteriorly in the front and rear of the home. Commercial properties are not included in the audit.
The listed 2010 Goal was set in 2006 by the Code Compliance management team.
